Start-up Coaching.

The Start-up Coaching package is not charged by the hour but a one-time fee until your non-profit is up and running! This includes incorporating your non-profit, obtaining an EIN number, buying a domain, applying for your 501(c)3, and coaching with implementing the basic structure which includes mission, vision, values, articles of incorporation, creating by-laws, and choosing your board members/structuring your board. A list will be provided in our first meeting. All additional fees needed to be paid to the state, IRS, or third party will be charged to you separately at the appropriate time.
